At times events beyond our control, such as weather, air traffic control services could get on the way of achieving our desired experience.  In those opportunities we do our utmost to minimize any customer inconvenience.

At IndigoFlyer we provide Air Taxi services by seat, the nature of our business suggest that these seats and aircraft are available in a first come first serve basis.  As you plan your commute, purchasing your seats in advance ensures the availability for your destination and return to home at the most expeditious times. At your request for booking on IndigoFlyer we will provide you with the best available options for your selection. These options are available to you at the time of your request.  Given the dynamic nature of the booking process, the options could change in short time and we encourage our customers to make a prompt decision to ensure the pricing does not change.

At times, weather or other unavoidable situations could challenge the comfort and safety of our passengers.  In those occasions we will always make the most conservative decision to protect our passenger and their property.  All flights are subject to FAA regulations including weight restrictions for the aircraft; these may limit the number of passengers and/or luggage which may be taken on board. IndigoFlyer is an "on-demand" non-scheduled air carrier.  As such all flights are contracted for time and destination and are subject to availability, scheduled on a first come, first served basis. 

Each flight segment (aka. "leg")  is contracted at a pre-determined price.  This price will not change if the flight segment requires more flight time or is re-scheduled due to weather or other circumstance out of the control of IndigoFlyer or the passenger.  IndigoFlyer will do its best to provide back-up transportation in the event that weather-associated delays or cancelations leave a passenger stranded away from home.
